I'm Richard Witt, currently the Social Inclusion Manager at Reading FC Community Trust. I have always been passionate about mentoring and supporting children young people and adults. During my 20 year career I've developed knowledge and skills that have enabled me to produce many positive outcomes for young people, it's something I never tire of and I look forward to supporting many more.
